Shortly after the kidnapping of three legendaries, Tserin and others wasted little time reacting. The Keldeo in question had returned to his temple and spent long hours buried in the oldest of his scrolls, reading over ancient and forgotten legends of generations past. But his long hours proved successful as one old parchment spoke of a similar situation long past. A dangerous trio had threatened the land, but had been disbanded and chased away by the sacred power of the Secret Sword ritual! Then it was possible to defeat them- However...three crucial keys were missing to perform such a ritual. More precisely, three Pokemon of legend. Scroll in hand, Tserin quickly sought to make a public call for help, in an attempt to find and recruit these three missing keys. Standing before a large bustling crowd of villagers gathered from all villages, the Keldeo stood tall as he explained the situation and the dire need to find Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion.
Tserin:
Our dear villagers! Please, quiet yourselves, I have some very important news and I require your help. It is of utmost importance--so I beg of you, for your safety and the safety of our three missing leaders, listen carefully! We believe the trio many of you saw that day are naming themselves the 'Tao Trio'. While I am still unclear about their motives, I think I've found a way to quickly end whatever it is they're planning. We have discovered that this is the same group that was behind the attack by Genesect and if anyone can help gather information or join the search teams for our missing leaders and guardian, we thank you. In addition, I need to find three Pokemon, and this is where I will require your aid the most.
POKIMONO MODERATOR HUNT 
Pokimono is on the lookout for three new moderators! It is not required to participate in the mod hunt, but those interested are certainly encouraged to apply! Keep in mind the basic responsibilities of a moderator include but are not limited to: application approval, reviews of art submissions, event planning and management, and most importantly being warm and welcoming to our members~! There is much much more that we do than this behind the scenes though, so be prepared
Application Requirements:
- A FULL BODY, FINISHED application, with written description and all. (You may leave the village and job sections blank for now) The background can be left transparent for the addition of an application background later on.
- An image or short comic + written description on how your legendary received Tserin's message, and how/why they decide to come to Pokimono's aid. The description should not be an essay by any means, but we would like to see a solid two paragraphs minimum.
- Once you have those both, please NOTE the group with everything linked and a small but informative blurb (1-2 paragraphs is fine) about why you think you'd be good for a moderator position. Please also mention any previous moderator experience if applicable.
- Please keep in mind that we will NOT be judging based on quality of art or how poetic your application is. We are not hoping to be blessed by an artistic masterpiece, we are seeking out some nice helpful people that can aid us in bettering the group
Your application CAN help though by showing your personal creativity, originality, and passion for the group as those are very important assets toward being a moderator here. Whatever way you express that is up to you. We are looking for EFFORT and dedication, NOT artistic genius.Rules/ Extra Info:
- You can ONLY pick between Cobalion, Virizion, or Terrakion.
- You will be asked to take on a heavy role in this event once selected, so please make sure you have the time for modship.
- Characters can be from Pokimono or any of its available surrounding countries.
- Your character is not required to have a shared history beyond vague mentions of the other trio members.
- The villages that they will be in charge of will be assigned at the end of the event.
- You may submit via Sta.sh links until approved/denied.
- While this is not an immediate requirement, you should be prepared to create an account on Skype if you do not have one already as this is our main method of conversing as a team. If this is not doable for whatever reason, please let us know in your blurb and we will find a way to work around it
- Tserin's message will be left vague so you can use it to fit your ideas.
- You do NOT have to be a member of Pokimono to apply! It is certainly favorable to be one, but moderator experience can help close the gap in this case.
- You MAY note the group with questions or if you need advice on your app/ideas.

The leader was interrupted by the sudden upset of the ground beneath his feet. The earth trembled for just a moment, calming and leaving the villagers looking about in confusion. Then the air would crackle and burst with faint sounds of multiple explosions. Exiting the meeting ground, curious onlookers would approach a rising pillar of smoke. Faint glows of light could be made out amidst the swirling debris as a few brave souls would venture ever closer, led first by Tserin to see what the light was…
Tserin:
N-Noria-sama?! And Makaze-sama--
Renjiro:
Careful, Tserin-san!
The Latios arrived with a band of Souhei, alerted by the sounds of the explosions as well. They gazed in horror at the nearly unrecognizable forms of the Scorched Mountain representatives. Without warning however, the Reshiram being closest would burst forward in a searing blaze, claw raised and spewing fire at Renjiro. The Zekrom was a mere haze of blue before he reappeared in a blinding bolt of electricity that spat its tendrils of light at the Keldeo. Both leader and guardian would react defensively, focusing on avoiding the powerful attacks and hesitant to counter their transformed comrades. Before they could act however, a thin blue aura would appear around them. Both dragons were slammed to the ground as a pair of twins descended with light-footed airy grace, seemingly having appeared from nowhere. They were accompanied by strange-looking Pokemon, Porygons by the looks of them, whose eyes were glowing the same blue that pinned down the two dragons.
Soen and Toone:
You will return with us to Masamune-sama!
Renjiro:
What are you doing to them? Who are you--?
The twins would ignore him, instead forming a light of their own between them as the Porygons slowly encircled the two dragons. A brief flash of flame and lightning appeared from the respective mouths of each dragon, noticed only by Tserin whose eyes grew wide with alarm. He seized Renjiro to pull him back.
Tserin:
Watch out!
A detonation of fire swirling around electricity ignited the area. All parties were blown back, but by the time the smoke cleared both dragons and the mysterious psychic party had vanished. Tserin and Renjiro slowly rose to their feet, supporting each other while the latter used a Heal Pulse to tend to any injuries.
Renjiro:
What happened to them? And where is Koori-sama…?
Tserin:
I cannot say, but this only verifies my earlier suspicions. If they escape in that…condition, then we must find them as soon as possible. When ‘those three’ answer our call, then we will have a solution—in the meantime we must prevent the villagers from coming to harm and also find a way to locate Koori-sama. Those twins seem to know something…but we cannot let them capture Noria-sama and Makaze-sama before we can help them.
Renjiro nodded and flew upward, attempting to gain an aerial view as to where any of them might have gone. The psychics were nowhere to be found, but the two dragons could be spotted even from a distance. On a sparking electric blue current, the other a trail of smoke and embers...
Renjiro:
They’re headed in separate directions--! Noria-san appears to be moving toward Scorched Mountain and Makaze-sama is heading in the direction of Noir Vale.
Tserin:
Then we will need to warn the villagers!
QUEST 8: The Tao Trio (Part 1) For members who are not participating in the mod hunt…
Be wary of Makaze and Noria! They may appear without warning in the villages, making frequent rampages and will be available for RP in the Pokimono RP chat. However be forewarned, these confrontations are likely to be violent but may hold keys in how to bring them to their senses later on…
You may also write/draw your character’s potential interaction with Makaze or Noria for extra village points during this event! Submitting RP logs is also fine. It is not mandatory to RP or make submissions for this event, but you are more than welcome to do so. If you are participating in the mod hunt but would like to RP or make submissions of your other characters reacting to this event, please feel free!
Submissions may go into this folder: Quest 8. Simply click on the sub-folder on the left that has your village's name on it and submit your deviation there!
Keep in mind that there will be a Part 2 to this quest once the Musketeer Trio has been gathered… Be on the lookout for that journal next month!
